I can't recommend them enough. I primarily worked with Steve Jr., and he provided me with one of the best service experiences I've ever had. I'm a younger guy, so when I was involved in a minor non-fault accident, I was completely new to navigating the situation with all the interests involved: the other party, the insurance companies, and the rental car companies. Steve Jr. walked me through the process step by step and told me what was going to happen and what certain folks would say (everything, by the way, he was precisely correct about). He arranged a rental within a single day when I had a tight turn-around before leaving for a trip, he did an excellent job advocating for my car on my behalf and getting the fullest extent of what I was entitled to, and to boot, he did some complimentary paint work on a separate scratch free of charge. At the risk of sounding a bit corny, working with Buckingham Collision not only repaired my car, but also helped to repair my faith in people being helpful to one another beyond the typical call of duty--not motivated necessarily by immediate profit, but instead, motivated by the genuine, unselfish desire to help others. It was evident in how he treated me and the rental company he chooses to work with, a smaller company that employs retired veterans. If you find yourself in an accident needing body work and you're feeling unsure how to navigate such a situation, I think you'd struggle mightily to do better than Buckingham Collision.

This is the third time I have had to use Buckingham collision in the past ~ 5 years. Fortunately, all issues have been relatively minor. Steve Jr has been an absolute pleasure to work with. From start to end, he was an excellent communicator -- this includes from the estimate, all the way down to the final payment. My car left his shop in better condition than "pre-accident" and it was obvious that he went above and beyond and even cleaned my interior a bit :) . He also helps set you up with a Rental company. I highly recommend his referral of Kulp, who also makes the process painless.
My husband recently experienced another auto body shop and I can tell you first hand that at Buckingham Collision, you will have the best experience. (My husband's experience elsewhere was the complete opposite).

I have been taking my cars here for over 20 years now and i have had nothing but the best service. By far the best collisions experts in buck and Montgomery Counties. Steve JR. And Steve Senior. Provide a wealth of knowledge and understanding and are willing to explain it to the customers in a way that is comprehensive.So that you understand what's happening and what you're getting. Their ability to work with insurance companies is unmatched. I would never take my car anywhere else.
